Items ordered via the webshop may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day the shipment is marked as delivered.
Terms for returns:

• New products are still sealed/packaged in original packaging, undamaged
• Products that are delivered without a seal are still unused
• Creatures are in unused and undamaged condition
• Shoulder buddy creatures are unused, undamaged and are returned complete (think of magnets, etc.)

If you would like to return a product, you can contact us by email. Please state the order number and the product you wish to exchange.
Novio Magium will process your request as quickly as possible and send instructions after which you can return the product.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your product has arrived damaged:

We're so sorry to read that! Please send us an e-mail to info@noviomagium.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging (including the shipping label)

We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and find a suitable solution, whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!

Damage after purchase:
No rights can be derived from any damage that occurs to the product after purchase. Of course, accidents can happen and you’re always welcome to email us, and we’ll be happy to help find a solution!

Returns in store
You can also return your online bought product(s) in the store with a purchase receipt/order number. If the product is bought in the physical shop, it can not be returned. All products are checked on defaults before selling them. 

NB! Custom-made products are excluded from the above return policy!
