Custom orders > to shipping
Custom orders, like your personalised or custom wands, can take up to 10 weeks to make, depending on your wishes. We will inform you when it is ready and when it will be shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please send an owl to info@noviomagium.com.

General shipping information

Additional costs apply when the total package reaches over 2 kg total (including packaging) This will be automatically calculated. There will be no extra charges after you paid, only customs may charge extra upon arrival.

If the package stays in the EU, you don’t have to worry about extra customs charges.

Non-custom products are sent within 1-5 business days. You will get notified when our owl is on its way. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, it often takes up to 3 working days to arrive. Other countries within the EU can expect 7-14 days. Shipping might be delayed by other factors, that are out of our hands.

Important information about foreign shipping

When sending our owls outside the EU, there is a chance there will be additional costs due customs charges. These are not included in the price and we don't cover those costs.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and size of the package, so the price may increase when adding heavier/bigger items.
